Secret Santa is a private gift-exchange app for families, operated by Genri Labs LLC.
Terms of Service
Secret Santa is provided as-is for personal, family use. Don't use it for anything illegal or to harass other users. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
SMS Terms — Secret Santa Sign-In Codes
What you are agreeing to: By tapping “Text Me a Sign-In Code” on the sign-in page, you agree to receive one text message from Genri Labs (for Secret Santa) containing a one-time code to verify your identity and sign you in. It is sent to the mobile phone number your clan administrator added to your account. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using Secret Santa: you can always sign in with your password instead.
Message frequency: One message each time you request a sign-in code. We do not send marketing messages.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You can still sign in with your password.
Help: Reply HELP, or contact info@genrilabs.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number: we never share it with third parties for marketing.
